Why it is on the list

11 Woodfire has held a Michelin star every year since the Dubai guide opened in 2022, and holds one in the 2025 guide, the current selection.1 The kitchen works over a hand-built wood-burning oven and a forged-steel grill, cooking with fire, smoke and embers.2 The Heritage Room sits behind a vault door with five seats, where head chef Brando Moros serves a tasting menu built on his Colombian cooking.2

The room is set only on Thursday and Friday, in two seatings; on any other night take a table in the main dining room, which serves the wood-fire menu.2 For a three-Michelin-star tasting menu, take Trèsind Studio on the Palm.1

How to get it

Book through the reservation page, or call +971 4 491 9000; the Heritage Room is by reservation only and holds five seats.23 Ask for the Heritage Room rather than a table in the main room; it is set on Thursday and Friday, in two seatings.2 The room serves a single tasting menu, so tell them of any allergies when you book.2

Discretion

The Heritage Room is closed off from the main dining room behind a vault door, and seats five.2 Guests come to Villa 11 on 75B Street in Jumeirah 1.3
