Musée d'Orsay、The National Gallery、Museum of Fine Arts, Bostonの3館が共同で企画した展覧会です。Renoirの最盛期である1860年代から1880年代の絵画40点が集まります。1 『Bal du moulin de la Galette』（1876年）はOrsayから貸し出されるもので、英国で展示されるのは今回が初めてです。1 この作品は、Art Institute of Chicagoの『Lunch at Restaurant Fournaise』、Barnes Foundationの『Young Mother』、Bostonの『Dance at Bougival』、Nationalmuseum, Stockholmの『Mother Anthony's Tavern』とともに展示されます。1
