The Presidential Suite at Four Seasons Hotel Milano

Why it is on the list

The hotel is a 15th-century convent between Via Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga, converted in 1993, with its Renaissance cloister and frescoes kept.¹ The Presidential Suite opened in February 2026 as the hotel's flagship: 177 sqm in a dedicated wing within the private courtyard, with a wooden ceiling and a black marble fireplace from the old building.² Pierre-Yves Rochon laid it out as a residence: a large living room with a built-in cocktail bar, counter and wine storage, a private kitchen, and the bedroom, dressing room and bathroom on the far side of the living room.² The bathroom is in Breccia Calacatta marble with red and aubergine veins; the linens are Frette, the textiles Rubelli, and the art is Italian, including four engravings by Giampietro Zanotti.²

It is a suite for staying in and receiving people, not for a view of the city. For balconies over the street and La Scala 300 metres away, take the Verdi Suite at Grand Hotel et de Milan.³

Call the hotel on +39 02 77 088 and ask for the Presidential Suite by name; it is the hotel's one flagship suite.⁴² The concierge takes requests before the stay; for a dinner or drinks in the suite's living room, say so when you book.⁴²

Discretion

The suite sits in its own wing within the hotel's private courtyard, away from the street.² With a private kitchen and a bar in the living room, dinners and meetings can stay inside the suite.² The hotel has 118 rooms, 50 of them suites, on five floors.¹
