Why it is on the list

The Lutetia has stood on the Boulevard Raspail, across from the Bon Marché, since 1910; it has held the Palace distinction since 2019 and is the only Paris Palace south of the Seine.¹² It is one of eight Signature Suites in the hotel, and the one that has the roof: 83 sqm of living room, kitchen, bedroom and Carrara marble bathroom, with a 60 sqm terrace above the bedroom and a 360° view over Paris to the Eiffel Tower.³⁴ The furniture includes pieces from Francis Ford Coppola's own collection.³

It is one bedroom. A family or two couples should ask for the Presidential Suite on the sixth floor, the hotel's largest, with two bedrooms; for the widest terrace, the Eiffel View Rooftop Penthouse on the top floor has 74 sqm of it, reached by a marble stair.⁵

Write to the reservations office at molut-reservations@mohg.com or call +33 1 49 54 46 00 and ask for the Rooftop Penthouse by Coppola by name.⁶ A return transfer is included with the suite.³ Arriving by car, the hotel has valet parking on site; ask for rates and space before arrival.⁴

Discretion

The terrace belongs to the suite alone and sits above its bedroom.³ The suite has its own kitchen and living room.³ Guests who drive hand the car to the hotel's valet on site.⁴
