Why it is on the list

Restaurant Guy Savoy holds two Michelin stars in the 2026 guide; it held three in 2021 and 2022.¹ The restaurant is in the Monnaie de Paris on the quai de Conti and is split into six named rooms of different sizes rather than one hall.² Scènes de Paris is the corner room: one side looks onto the Institut de France, the other onto the Seine.² The tasting menu is seven courses over at least 90 minutes.²

For a table in a three-star kitchen, Arpège and Kei hold three stars in the 2026 guide.¹ For a larger party round a single table, the Académicien room is built around one long central table.²

Send a request through the reservation form on the restaurant's site, or call +33 1 43 80 40 61; the team confirms by availability.³² To take the room or the whole restaurant privately, write to Christophe Leboursier and his team at reserv@guysavoy.com.² The restaurant opens to the public Wednesday to Saturday, lunch from 12:00 to 13:30 and dinner from 19:00 to 22:00, and can be booked privately on any day, Sunday to Tuesday included.²

A card imprint or a deposit of EUR 300 a guest at lunch and EUR 400 at dinner may be asked for, through a link sent after the request; without it within 48 hours the booking lapses.³ Cancel by email at least 72 hours ahead; after that, or for missing guests, the same amounts are charged.³ The seven-course tasting menu is EUR 295 without drinks, EUR 410 with four glasses of wine.² Men wear a jacket.³

Discretion

A valet takes the car at the door; the nearest public car parks are at 27 rue Mazarine and on the quai des Orfèvres, and Pont Neuf on metro line 7 is the closest station.² Taking the restaurant on a day it is closed to the public keeps the house to your party alone.²
