For a fever, a stomach upset or anything that can be treated in the room, it is the wrong trip: a doctor from Nightingale comes to the hotel instead.

Discretion

You walk in without an appointment, and if you need to stay you are admitted to a ward inside the same hospital rather than moved elsewhere.³ The staff speak Arabic, English, Pashto, Russian, Malay and other languages.³
