Why it is on the list
Seta holds two Michelin stars in the 2025 and 2026 Italian selections; in Milan only Enrico Bartolini al Mudec holds three, and Andrea Aprea is the one other kitchen with two.1 Antonio Guida cooks here with Federico Dell'Omarino, his executive sous-chef for more than 20 years, and Marco Pinna on pastry.2 The room faces the hotel's second courtyard through glass, with tables outside in the warmer months, and the kitchen works in view of the dining room.2 Besides the à la carte there is a Chef's Table tasting menu.3
It is the wrong choice on a Sunday or Monday, when Seta is closed.2 For three stars, Enrico Bartolini al Mudec; for a room of your own, the private dining space at Andrea Aprea.1

Book through the Book Table link on the restaurant's page, call +39 02 8731 8897 or write to momln-setarestaurant@mohg.com.2 Lunch is served from 12.30 to 14.30 and dinner from 19.30 to 22.30, Tuesday to Saturday.2 Ask for the Chef's Table menu when booking: EUR 350 a person, with a glass of Champagne on arrival.3 The dress code is smart: men in long trousers and closed shoes. Children are welcome from the age of 3, and one small dog at a time.2
Discretion
Seta is inside Mandarin Oriental, Milan, at Via Andegari 9, and its room opens onto the hotel's second courtyard rather than the street; the courtyard is non-smoking.2
