The Jetex FBO at Seletar

Why it is on the list

Every private or chartered jet landing at Seletar must engage one of the airport's licensed ground handling agents; Bombardier Aerospace Services Singapore is one of them, and Jetex runs its FBO desk.¹ Jetex and Bombardier opened the facility in June 2022 at Bombardier's Singapore Service Centre, which added hangar space and maintenance on the same site.² The terminal has an executive lounge, a crew lounge, meeting rooms and showers, customs and immigration at the FBO, and parking for the aircraft in front of the terminal.³ Jetex also arranges catering, concierge, hotels and transport for passengers and crew.³

It is the one to use when the aircraft is a Bombardier, since servicing happens at the same site.² For any other jet the executive terminal at Jet Aviation Seletar is the equal alternative; for a commercial flight into Changi, use the Jetside service at JetQuay instead.

How to get it

Call the FBO on +65 6908 5270 or +65 8909 3980, or write to fbo.sin.bombardier@jetex.com, and name Bombardier Aerospace Services Singapore, with Jetex, as the ground handler when the flight is planned.³¹ Ask at the same time for a car to meet the aircraft, and for catering or a hotel if needed.³ Handling is mandatory at Seletar and no slots are needed.³

Discretion

Customs and immigration are handled at the FBO, and the aircraft parks in front of the Jetex terminal.³ All non-scheduled flights at Seletar pass through the airport's Business Aviation Centre, with its own drop-off, lounge and immigration and security screening.⁴
