The Jetside service at JetQuay

Why it is on the list

JetQuay keeps its own terminal at Changi, apart from the passenger terminals, for travellers on scheduled flights.¹ Jetside is the most complete of its three services: a car on the airside takes you between the aircraft gate and the CIP Terminal, check-in and immigration clearance happen inside that terminal, and you wait in a private suite with a butler, champagne and refreshments.² The two lesser services either walk you through the main terminal with an escort (Gateway) or take you by electric buggy to the terminal and its shared lounge (Quayside).²

It is the wrong choice for a private jet: those are handled at Seletar, where the executive terminal at Jet Aviation Seletar is the one to use.

How to get it

Write to reservations@jetquay.com.sg or call +65 6262 2220 and ask for Jetside.² JetQuay asks for at least 72 hours' notice; bookings on the day, flights between 22:00 and 07:00, and the eve of and Singapore public holidays carry a 15% surcharge, and blackout periods such as the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix (7 to 13 October 2026) and Christmas and New Year carry 20%.³ Rates are in Singapore dollars plus 9% GST; a valid payment method confirms the booking.³ Changes within 48 hours are charged at the higher-value service, and cancelling within 48 hours or not turning up costs the full charge.³ Children under 24 months travel free; older children count as a full passenger.³ The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority decides whether priority clearance is granted, and each airline's own rules can limit the service, so name the airline when you book.³

Discretion

With Jetside you do not pass through the public terminal: a car meets the aircraft on the airside, and check-in and immigration clearance take place inside the CIP Terminal.² The wait is in a private suite rather than the shared lounge.²
