The superyacht berth at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove

Why it is on the list

ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove has 270 wet berths, 33 of them for superyachts, and takes yachts up to 220 ft.¹ It is built to the Platinum Gold Anchor standard, accredited Superyacht Ready, and was named International Marina of the Year 2023.¹² It was the first marina in Singapore with its own Customs, Immigration and Quarantine facility and the first to clear pleasure craft around the clock, so a yacht enters and leaves the country at the marina rather than at a public checkpoint.¹ Visiting yachts may use the clearance without being members; it usually takes 20 to 30 minutes.³

The clearance berth itself takes vessels under 125 ft; above that the marina decides case by case, depending on which berth is free.³ For anyone arriving by air, use the executive terminal at Jet Aviation Seletar for a private jet, or the Jetside service at JetQuay for a commercial flight.

How to get it

Ask the marina team for a berth through the Request for Berth form, or write to cr.sc@one15marina.com; the marina office answers on +65 6305 6991 from 9am to 7pm, and marina operations on +65 6305 6999 at any hour, or on VHF channel 77.¹⁴ A berth for a vessel over 120 ft costs a non-member SGD 8.83 per foot per day, including 9% GST, charged on the vessel or the berth, whichever is longer; non-members pay a 10% deposit.¹ Book the clearance separately on the CIQ form, with the vessel registration, insurance and the crew and passenger list, at least one day ahead and by 6pm for next-day clearance.³ Everyone on the manifest must be aboard on arrival; any change to the list means cancelling and resubmitting to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority.³ Arriving more than 10 minutes late costs SGD 78 per half hour, and a vessel without a confirmed booking is cleared only in exceptional cases and can be fined.³

Discretion

The marina is gated, with 24-hour security and CCTV.¹ Clearance is done at the marina's own CIQ berth; until it is complete no one leaves the yacht and no visitor boards it.³ A 26-room hotel and a members' lounge are on site.¹
