The Penthouse Suite at Nobis

Why it is on the list

Nobis occupies the 1903 building of the old Royal Danish Academy of Music, beside Tivoli and the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, with interiors by Wingårdhs.¹² The two Penthouse Suites have the top floor to themselves.³ Each is 98 m² over two levels, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms in grey Bardiglio marble and eight windows set in the rafters, facing the city and the courtyard.³ The lift opens into the suite itself. Booked together, the two make the whole floor, 240 m² with a lounge between them.³ Breakfast, one dinner for two at the hotel's restaurant NOI with wine pairing, a bar refilled daily and 24-hour room service are part of the stay.³

It is the wrong choice for time outdoors: the suite is a loft under the rafters, lit by windows in the roof.³ For a terrace over Tivoli, take the Executive Suite at Nimb; for a single larger suite on a square, the Royal Suite at d'Angleterre.

How to get it

The suite can be booked on its page; the full floor is available on request, so write to reservations for that.³ Reservations is on reservations@nobishotel.dk and +45 78 74 14 10; the concierge takes requests at concierge@nobishotel.dk.⁴ One bedroom has a 200 cm bed, the other a 180 cm bed. Styling in the suite by Ganni can be arranged on request.³ The hotel is 7 km from Kastrup and 700 m from Central Station, and it runs a chauffeured car for guests.²⁵

Discretion
