The chauffeur arrives before the aircraft, completes the security checks with the airport's handling company and waits with the car on the assigned ramp, so the party steps from the aircraft into the car.¹ The company has its office on the fourth floor of Terminal 3 at Copenhagen Airport and answers the phone at any hour.² The cars are a Mercedes S-Class or EQS for up to four with two suitcases, a V-Class with facing seats for four to seven, and a Caravelle or Sprinter for larger parties.¹ Chauffeurs wear a dark suit and tie and all speak English.³

Call +45 36 46 24 66 at any hour, or write to info@danishlimousine.dk, and ask for the tarmac service; the contact page also takes requests and promises a call back within an hour.²¹ Give the aircraft, the airport and the arrival time: the service works for jets, prop planes and helicopters as long as it has the vehicle and arrival details.³ The price is a fixed hourly rate set after a first consultation, with a 15% night fee from 21:00 to 06:00.¹³ A cancellation within 24 hours of collection costs half the fare, within 12 hours all of it.³ At the airport the chauffeur waits up to an hour past the scheduled touchdown at no charge; after that the car returns to base and the team rebooks the pickup.³ For an emergency during a booking, the number is +45 36 95 99 90.³

Discretion

The car waits on the assigned ramp, and the chauffeur has cleared security with the handling company before the aircraft lands.¹ A security driver or a bodyguard can be added; bodyguards dress in a suit or in plain clothes, as the client prefers, and carry no firearms, which Danish law reserves for the military.³
