The superyacht berths at Bay Marina, Dubai Harbour

Why it is on the list

Dubai Harbour has 705 berths in two marinas, the largest in the region: Harbour Marina takes charter boats, and Bay Marina is kept for superyachts and private owners.¹ Berths take yachts up to 160 m, the entrance opens straight onto the sea, and berthing assistance, security and help with sailing permits run around the clock.¹ The Yacht Harbour Association rates the marina Five Gold Anchor Platinum for 2026 and Superyacht Ready, and it was named International Marina of the Year for 2025.¹ In 2024 it was the first marina anywhere to hold three of the association's accreditations at once.²

It is for arriving by sea. Arriving by air, take Al Majlis at Dubai International on a scheduled flight, or the Jetex terminal at Al Maktoum on a private jet.

How to get it

The captain or the yacht's manager tells the marina office of the visit, the berth wanted and the ETA before arrival, by email to marinas@dubaiharbour.com or through the berth enquiry on the marinas page.¹ The yacht's maritime agent books the customs inspection 12 hours before arrival; vessel documents, permits and clearances are kept ready, and everyone aboard, with pets and cargo, stays on the yacht until customs has cleared it.¹ Before leaving, clearance and international formalities are completed through the Dubai Harbour Marinas app or at the marina office.¹ The marinas line is +971 4 208 9222, and reception is open from 7 am to 8 pm.³ The marina also arranges concierge requests, bunkering, ice, wellness services and buggies along the pontoons.¹

Discretion

Bay Marina is separate from the charter berths of Harbour Marina, and the marina runs security around the clock.¹ Owners, captains and crew enter with a digital ID issued through the marina's app.¹
