Enoteca La Torre holds two Michelin stars in the 2025 and 2026 Italian guides.¹ Domenico Stile runs the kitchen; he trained in Campania and cooked at Alinea in Chicago, and with Enrico Crippa, Massimo Bottura and Antonino Cannavacciuolo.² The cellar carries bottles chosen by Anna Fendi Venturini.² The room is the villa Armando Brasini built in 1911 in the Della Vittoria quarter, restored by the Fendi Venturini family.³

It is the wrong choice for a party that wants the city's only three stars: that is La Pergola, in Trionfale.¹
