CORE by Clare Smyth 于2017年8月在 North Kensington 开业，在2019年和2020年的指南中获米其林二星，自2021年起每一版指南均为三星，包括2026年大不列颠及爱尔兰指南。12菜单以注明产地的英国食材为基础：康沃尔菱鲆、Herdwick 羊肉、Isle of Harris 扇贝、德文郡鸭。3Chef's Table 最多可坐10人，隔着一整面玻璃直接望向厨房。4

超过10人，或希望各自点菜的客人，不适合这张餐桌：在座每人吃的都是同一份品鉴菜单。45若想在 Mayfair 找同样形式的餐桌，Hélène Darroze at The Connaught 的 Chef's Table 同为三星，最多可坐10人，粉色大理石餐桌位于出菜台上方。6

请致电 +44 20 3937 5086 或发邮件至 info@claresmyth.com，说明预订 Chef's Table。4全桌共用同一份品鉴菜单，需支付 GBP 2,500 不予退还的订金；最晚可在到访前14天更改日期。5两份品鉴菜单分别为每位 GBP 275（Core Seasons）和 GBP 265（Core Classics），配酒 GBP 175，另加收酌情服务费。3

不得穿运动服；款式得体的运动鞋可以接受。因着装被拒入场的客人，按取消条款收费。不接待幼童和婴儿。5

隐秘性

这张餐桌直接通过电话或邮件向餐厅预订，每次只接待一组最多10人的客人；一面玻璃将其与厨房隔开，客人可以看着厨师团队工作，而不必与他们共处一室。4
