Aroma privé at Palazzo Manfredi

Why it is on the list

Aroma holds one Michelin star in the 2025 and the 2026 Michelin Guide for Italy.¹ It fills the top floor of Palazzo Manfredi, a terrace that faces the Colosseum; Giuseppe Di Iorio cooks and the cellar runs to more than 600 labels, with a particular depth in champagne.² Taken as a privé, the whole room and its view serve a single party, with menu, wines and table layout set with a dedicated events manager.³

It is the wrong choice for a small table of six that wants a room of its own inside a two-star kitchen: take the Parallels room at Il Pagliaccio.¹

How to get it

Write to the events team at events@aromarestaurant.it and ask to reserve the whole of Aroma as a privé; the team sends a brochure with the room's layouts and capacities.³ The restaurant's number is +39 06 97615109.⁴ Dinner is served every day from 19:30 and lunch Wednesday to Sunday from 12:30.²

An ordinary table is booked only through the Book a Table button on the restaurant's site, held with a credit card from which nothing is taken.² Dress is smart casual: for men no shorts, open shoes or sportswear. Children from ten are welcome; animals are not.²

Discretion

For a private event the restaurant closes to other guests and becomes a privé for the one party, and a single events manager handles the evening from start to finish.³
