Why it is on the list

Trèsind Studio holds three Michelin stars in the 2025 Dubai guide, the current selection; it gained its first star in the guide's opening year, 2022, its second in 2023 and its third in 2025.¹ Himanshu Saini, who trained under Manish Mehrotra at Indian Accent in Delhi, cooks one tasting menu that reworks Indian dishes from produce grown by organic farms in the UAE.² Papadom, its bar, pours cocktails by Dom Carella and wine from a climate-controlled cellar.²

It is the wrong table for a party with children under 14, who are not seated, or for anyone set on fish: scale fish are left off the menu, and shellfish appear only when in season and certified.³² The other three-star kitchen in Dubai is FZN by Björn Frantzén, also on the Palm.¹

How to get it

Book through the reservation page, or call +971 58 895 1272; a table for more than five is booked by telephone.³⁴ A booking is confirmed only once AED 1,350 a guest is paid in advance through an online link; that covers the food, and the full sum is refunded when the booking is cancelled 48 hours or more before dinner, never later.³ Tell the restaurant every guest's allergies and dietary needs when booking; a vegetarian menu is offered as standard.³² Dinner runs Monday to Saturday in two seatings, 6:00 pm and 9:15 pm, and a table is held for 15 minutes.³ Dress is smart: long trousers and closed shoes, no beachwear or trainers; traditional dress is welcome.³

Discretion

Guests arrive at St. Regis Gardens on the Palm; valet parking is free while dining, and the hostess validates the ticket before leaving.³ No children under 14 are seated.³
