Why it is on the list

Alléno Paris has held three Michelin stars since 2015 and holds them in the 2026 guide.¹² The room is on the first floor of the Pavillon Ledoyen, one above the street, with period panelling listed as a historic monument; screens painted by the artist Kostia and made by the Montex workshops divide the tables.¹³ The kitchen builds its sauces on extractions and fermentation.¹ Before the meal the team calls the guest about the occasion and their tastes and draws up a menu with them, a service the restaurant has run since September 2021 as the Conciergerie de Table.¹³

It serves dinner only, Monday to Friday.¹ For lunch, L'Abysse, the two-star sushi counter in the same building, is open midday and evening on weekdays.³

Book through the reservations page, or write to allenoparis@ledoyen.com or call +33 1 53 05 10 10.¹ Expect the Conciergerie de Table to call a few days before the evening to settle the menu; say then what the occasion is and what you do not eat.¹⁴ A prepayment of EUR 300 a guest holds the table; a cancellation less than 48 hours ahead, or not showing, may be charged EUR 300 a guest, and a table is not held past 30 minutes late.⁴ For seven or more, call +33 1 53 05 10 00 or write to allenoparis@ledoyen.com rather than booking online.⁴ Dinner is served from 19:00 to 21:30, and the house asks for proper dress.¹ The full Collection menu is EUR 415 and the shorter Discovery menu EUR 330; wine pairings run from EUR 190 to EUR 490, and the Saveurs Olfactives menu, made with Xerjoff, is EUR 465.¹

Discretion

The pavilion stands back among the trees of the Carré des Champs-Élysées, out of sight of the avenue.³ In the dining room, the Kostia screens between tables are there to give each party privacy.¹
