Why it is on the list
Les Amis was awarded three Michelin stars in the 2019 Singapore selection and holds three in the 2026 guide, one of only three three-star restaurants in the city with Odette and Zén.1 The kitchen, led by chef Lepinoy, works in the French haute cuisine tradition from ingredients sourced in France.2 The cellar runs to more than 1,800 labels, most of them French and weighted to Burgundy and Bordeaux.2
It is a French dining room, not a chef's counter; for European cooking, Zén is the other three-star table in this section, and Odette is the other three-star French room.1 A party of six or more is served a curated menu arranged by email rather than ordering in the main room.2
How to get it
Book a table by email to lesamis@lesamis.com.sg.3 Lunch is served from 12.00 and dinner from 7.00, Monday to Sunday, with last seating at 1.15pm and 8.15pm.3 A group of six or more is arranged as a curated menu by email rather than booked for the à la carte room.2 The dress code is smart casual: long trousers and covered shoes for men, and no shorts or flip-flops.3 To have the sommelier plan wine ahead of the meal, or to ask about corkage, write to la.sommelier@lesamis.com.sg.2
Discretion
For a group that wants a room of its own, Les Salons keeps three private dining rooms, a Chef's Table and the Magnum Room off the main dining hall, arranged through the events team at lesamis@lesamis.com.sg.4
