Why it is on the list

Odette holds three Michelin stars in the 2026 guide, one of three restaurants in Singapore to do so, and has held three in every edition since 2019, after two stars from 2016 to 2018.¹² Julien Royer opened it in 2015 and named it after his grandmother; the cooking is French at root, shaped by produce from Singapore farms, regional citrus and spice, and growers abroad.³⁴ The wine list is arranged by style rather than by region or grape.⁴ The room was refreshed for the tenth anniversary in 2025, with a suspended paper installation by the Singaporean artist Dawn Ng.²⁵

It is the wrong table for a guest with a dairy allergy, which the kitchen does not cater for, and for a party with children under nine.⁶

How to get it

Book online through the reservations page or call +65 9822 8283; for anything else, write to enquiry@odetterestaurant.com.⁶⁷ A deposit is taken with every booking and is not refunded; it comes off the final bill. A table can be passed to someone else or moved to another date, with changes made at least 72 hours ahead.⁶ Give dietary needs when booking, and order a celebration cake from the pastry team 72 hours ahead, at SGD 78++.⁶

Lunch runs Tuesday to Saturday, last seating 1 pm; dinner Monday to Saturday, last seating 8.15 pm; closed Sunday.⁷ Dinner is the Épicure menu at SGD 498++, or the vegetarian Nature & Découverte at SGD 398++; lunch menus run from SGD 298++ to SGD 428++, before GST and service charge.⁶ Corkage is SGD 200++ a bottle for the first two, SGD 300++ for each after. The dress code is smart casual; men wear trousers and proper shoes.⁶

Discretion

By car, park in the National Gallery car park, entered from Coleman Street; park close to the exit, take the lift from Lobby B down to B1 and follow the signs to the Supreme Court Wing foyer.⁷ On foot, the gallery entrance is on Coleman Street, or through Parliament Place between 8 am and 7 pm.⁷
