The waterfront window table at Saint Pierre

Why it is on the list

Saint Pierre holds two Michelin stars in the 2026 Singapore guide.¹ Emmanuel Stroobant opened it in December 2000; it gained its first star in 2017 and its second in 2019, and has held two since.² Yap Ken Kai has been head chef since 2024, and Tan Ying Hsien, the first Singaporean Master of Wine, keeps a list of more than 2,300 bottles.² The dining room at One Fullerton is glazed floor to ceiling onto the Marina Bay waterfront.³ Five tables stand at that glass, and they are the only seats in the room with a guaranteed window.⁴

It is the wrong table for a group: online booking stops at three, and larger parties write to the restaurant.⁵ For a private dinner of eight or more, ask the events team instead.⁶ For three stars rather than the view, take Odette at National Gallery Singapore.

Book through TableCheck from the reservations page and choose the waterfront window table, or write to reservations@saintpierre.com.sg; the phone is +65 6438 0887 and WhatsApp +65 9115 6553.⁵⁷ Online, the card guarantee must be completed within five minutes or the table is released.⁵ The window table comes with the Grand Opulence menu: seven courses and 30g of caviar at SGD 488++ a guest, wine pairing SGD 298++, cheese SGD 38++.⁴ Every guest orders a menu of their own; children under nine take the four-course children's menu.⁵

Cancelling or moving the date within three days costs SGD 300 a guest, and so does switching between window and non-window seating after that point.⁴⁵ The table is held 30 minutes past the booked time, 15 at the last seating.⁵ Lunch and dinner run Tuesday to Saturday, last lunch seating 1.30 pm; the restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday.⁵⁷

Discretion

The restaurant is unit #02-02B of One Fullerton, on the Marina Bay waterfront.⁷³ The house asks guests to keep noise down and take phone calls outside.⁵ Private dinners, from eight guests, go through the events team.⁶
